I have half a container of lump crab meat in the fridge. (Used half for a grilled snapper through crabmeat stuffing the was less than very successful. DH loved it, I thought it blah.)

I don't really desire to frozen it, due to the fact that I'd choose to stuff some tomatoes through crab salad. A Google search found a couple of seafood purveyors that say it deserve to be organized in the refrigerator for up to 10 days. True? the sounds stunner to me. It's not the pasteurized box stuff. This is bump meat picked from cooked fresh blue crabs.
